She brought desserts to everything. Her son's events, office parties, whatever needed a finishing touch. She never considered it a talent. It was just something she did, the way some people always know the right thing to say.

Then people started asking where they could get more.

By day, she works as a paralegal. She knows what precision looks like. What it means to show up prepared, to do the work right, to leave nothing to chance. That same standard follows her into the kitchen. Not because baking is a legal matter. Because to her, everything worth doing deserves that kind of attention.

Lady Justice Desserts is a passion project. There is no commercial kitchen, no production line, no overnight crew. There is a mother of two who is very good at what she loves, and who finally decided that what she had been giving away for free deserved a proper stage.

Every order is made by hand. Every batch is personal. And everything that comes out of that kitchen was made by someone who genuinely wanted you to love it.

That is not a marketing line. That is just the way she works.
